Week 32: Recollecting Memories

Most interesting part of this class: I would have to say the most interesting part of English Three Honors was, for me, most probably writing the Excellent Adventure or Extravagant Adventure paper.
Least favorite part of this class: In my opinion, either Animal Farm because I don't like thinking about or reminded of the atrocities the human race has done or blog comments or when Stone and Jesse steal my writing utensil. My other least favorite part is when Jesse almost died because he was choking.
Hardest I laughed in this class: Definitely when Stone went flying into the filing cabinet
Favorite memory from this class: Again, definitely when Stone RKOed the filing cabinet
Thing Ms. Hudson could do to make this class better for future classes: Get rid of the blog comments
Any final comments for Ms. Hudson: I'm glad we didn't have as many packets this year.

Week 31: Advice giving

The main advice I have for you, the upcoming juniors, is to take pride in our school and go out for the basketball team or cheer leading if they won't let you go out for the basketball team. Also, you should all go out for prom committee so there's a bomb prom. Thirdly, everyone should go out for band or chorus because the numbers are dwindling and it would be rad to have performing arts be a huge part of our school. Lastly, I would advise all of you to stay true to yourself and don't do drugs because nothing good comes from them.

Week 30: The Unlikely Probability of an Extremely Odd Mishap

First off, I take great care and precaution in everything I do, so the likelihood of a freak accident including a banana, couch, and a rampaging chicken actually happening and taking away my memory, is extremely unlikely. But my panel of advisers would definitely include Kanye to remind myself of my idol and musical taste, Jacob, my brother, to remind me of all the other music that I like, for my fashion sense, and for all of the books I have read. Then I wouldn't have anyone else because I would like to rediscover myself and possible be less of an introvert and more outgoing.

Week 29: Life Aboard the "Life Aquatic"

Well, it's about time that we went on a field trip for English. First off, when we got to Navy Pier, because that's where we are departing from, I renamed the submarine to a much better name based off of the Wes Anderson film, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. I spray painted over English 3000 with black spray paint while everyone boarded the unterseeboot, then right before the U-boat departed, I'd whip out the stencils from my backpack and paint "Life Aquatic" on top of where the old name used to be. We would go to the north pole and bust through the ice. We'd also go to Loch Ness and discover the Loch Ness Monster and become famous. After that, we'd stay under the ocean and send out smaller remote control submarines to explore everything and we'd become the most renowned sea explorers ever.

Week 28: Thank you, Kanye

Dear Kanye,
Thank you for always being there for me! Whenever I have girl problems I can listen to any of the songs featured in your album 808s and Heartbreak such as Welcome to Heartbreak, Heartless, See You in My Nightmares, and Coldest Winter. Then, whenever I hang out with my squad we can listen to clique and I'll just imagine you there with us. On Mother's Day you have my back again with the song Hey Mama. If I am ever in a solemn mood and want something that will express to me similar feelings, I can listen to Only One. Whenever there's a police officer doing his job and monitoring road traffic, you have my back once again, with Drive Slow.
        With the dearest of affections,
Ethan Zulz

Week 27: All Day

First off, if you haven't heard Kanye West's latest song "All Day" you should listen to it as soon as possible. I'll post a link here just for you. linkMerry Christmas. One day I had been playing basketball all day and people would come up and ask me "how long have you been playing basketball?" of course my answer was "all day." Then the next day I asked my parents if I could go to the mall and they asked "how long do you plan on staying at the mall?" my response the two word phrase "all day." After I got the okay from my parents I asked my friends "do you want to stay at the mall all day?" and they asked "All day?" and I responded "All day" so we went to the mall and we stayed there all day.

Week 26: Eureka!

This one time, when it was probably the summer of my 6th grade year, so I was going into 7th grade, I went to California with my fam. Along the way we stopped at the salt flats by Salt Lake City and that was pretty rad. I'm pretty sure we went to Eureka before we went to San Francisco, anyways we stayed at a KOA campground and we rented banana bikes. At this campground, it was fenced in with a wooden fence, there was a long drive way to enter into the campground that also had the wooden fencing. There was a compound at the end of private property that was connected to the campground via the entrance of the driveway. Having almost free roam of the campground I, not knowing that I was leaving the campground, went down the driveway. I turned into the private property and drove to the end, in this compound there was a sort of a cul-de-sac with houses and trailers. I noticed at the end that this was not the campground, so I turned around and pedaled as fast as I could to get back to the campground. But, awaiting at the final house was a mean lady with her son, I'm assuming, standing by her leg in a diaper or underwear, I don't recall which. Anyhow, she yelled at me and the rest of that day was terrible. I rode my bike back to our little cabin and went and laid on my bed and cried. In retrospect I wish I would have scorched her. Also, whenever anyone comments on my skinny jeans for example "Are you wearing your girlfriend's jeans?" I wish I had a comeback that would rek them.
